  • Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content
  • Work across multiple platforms to drive engagement and positive customer behavior.
  • Build online relationships with other bloggers and social media
  • Interacting with the ground operators from time to time
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current offerings that lead to better value for customers and higher financial value for Gypsy Shack
  • Critique blog articles and product descriptions to ensure the right content goes online
  • Create newsletters and cover photos for promoting weekly campaigns
  • Campaign content creation on various digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram
  • Create innovative buzz around the brand, its product promotions and events
  • Conduct adequate research & gathering relevant material for interactive content development
  • Utilize analytics to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, leads, conversations and engagements


  • We are looking for bright, energetic, sincere and committed people for a LONG-TERM association.
  • Excellent English writing skills, strong vocabulary, good reading and comprehension skills is a must have.
  • He/She should be familiar with social media tools and platforms and should be very active on twitter, facebook, linkedin, forums, blogs
  • Creative skills to create cover photos, headers for social media accounts (No professional design knowledge is required)
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology, search, new trends in social media.
  • Stay current with all Social Media industry trends, developments and best practices.
  • Ability to develop a business vision for social media, including goals & results

2. Client Servicing Associate


  • Communicate the company’s products and packages to customers and travel operators
  • Provide ongoing support to guests and handle their queries / concerns
  • Timely execution of all sales activities  leads, campaigns, referrals & any self generated leads
  • Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate product
  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets through direct sales of the company's products
  • Manage existing travel operator accounts and ensure renewal of subscriptions
  • Expansion of internal and external relationships, and drive sales results
  • Fostering existing customer relationships and developing new ones

  • Graduation in any field
  • 0-2 years experience in sales / business development
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly. Good team player
  • Good computer knowledge (especially MS Word, Excel)
  • A laptop, an internet connection and a lust for travel
  • Discipline to work from home and deliver results
