Unfavourable Conditions at the Location
In circumstances when we cancel a scheduled trip with no prior notice, full refund would be provided at no penalty whatsoever. These circumstances may arise due to extremely poor weather or environmental conditions and we’d be obliged to cancel the Gypsy Escapade for your own safety and security.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please notify of your refund request via email clearly mentioning your Order Number and details of the package. Refund requests need to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive a request for refund we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the applicable refund policy on your booking.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Gypsy Shack will process refunds within 15 working days from the date of cancellation. Sometimes banks or card companies can take longer to process refund requests.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will strive to reschedule your trip at no extra charge on a best effort basis. However, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fees at our sole discretion where appropriate. If rescheduling is not possible then after intimidation to you, your booking will be cancelled and a refund as per cancellation policy generated for you.
